CEASE Therapy

May 26, 2016 By Maritime Society of Homeopaths Leave a Comment

CEASE Therapy eliminates imprints of toxic substances like vaccinations, antibiotics, anesthesia, heavy metals and other medication using homeopathy. The homeopathic method applied in the treatment of vaccination damage consists of administering four successive remedies of the suspected vaccine that cause the damage. It is a natural therapy to help children with autism or ASD.

CEASE therapy is a protocol developed by homeopath, Dr.Tinus Smits, from Holland. CEASE works to eliminate toxicity naturally from the body on many levels to restore good health over time. This method was initially designed to help people on the autistic spectrum, but actually many have benefit from this therapy.

A mother’s testimonial

My two boys started seeing Dana for Homeopathy 10 weeks ago. In that time, my three year old has made notable progress. He was completely non-verbal 10 weeks ago, and now responds to familiar one-word verbal prompts almost every time, and regularly uses a few words without prompting. His daycare teachers and grandparents have also noticed a marked improvement in his eye contact and social engagement.

Support workers have approached me to ask if anything had changed recently with the kids’ diet because they noticed such improvement. I expect to see continued progress in both boys has they continue through the CEASE therapy protocol with Homeopathy.

Future for Homeopathy

“There are hundreds of paths up the mountain, all leading in the same direction, so it doesn’t matter which path you take. The only one wasting time is the one who runs around and around the mountain, telling everyone else that their path is wrong.”
Hindu Teaching

In February 2016, at the Renaissance Hotel, at the base of Toronto’s CN Tower, the Ontario College of Homeopaths hosted an Integrative Medicine Conference.

Conference Presenters included a successful cardiologist who encouraged upcoming homeopaths to specialize in matters of the heart.

An oncologist shared clinical stories that underlined the benefits of homeopathic remedies for cancer patients.

A home care specialist presented latest statistic that persuade governments of the need to reduce healthcare budgets in a climate of demand for publicly funded, quality care.

Conference Participants travelled from as far away as India to share achievements from their busy practices.

The final plenary included a presentation from Dr Peter Fisher.

( “Director of Research and Consultant Physician at the Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine (RLHIM), London, England, part of the University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Europe’s largest public sector centre for integrated medicine.  He is also Physician and Homeopath to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Dr Fisher is a member of the World Health Organization’s Expert Advisory Panel on Traditional and Complementary Medicine, and was involved in drafting its Traditional and Complementary Medicine Strategy 2014-2023, which was formally adopted by the World Health Assembly in May 2014.” Copied from http://chconference.ca/peter-fisher)

Dr Fisher began his talk with bold encouragement. He reported that “all those studies that are concocted to deny the value of Homeopathy are ‘crap’. Real, scientific methodology, proves that when homeopathic outcomes are compared fairly with conventional, pharmaceutical, outcomes, homeopathy delivers equal or better results.”

Homeopathy stands on the shoulders of two centuries of documented, clinical evidence of successful outcomes resulting from homeopathic principals of prescribing, in cases of acute, and chronic diseases.

In the mid nineteenth century Dr Constantine Hering, set out to debunk claims by homeopathic practitioners. Instead he became a leading pioneer of Homeopathy.

Dr Hering emigrated from Germany to Pennsylvania where he opened the first school of Homeopathy in the United States. Hering introduced and archived many valued remedies to the Homeopathic Pharmacopeia.

He recorded that the medicinal plant, Sarracennia (Pitcher Plant) was “introduced to Homeopathy by Indians of North America” for its power to heal small pox.”

In Clarke’s Dictionary Of Practical Materia Medica, it states that “ doses of, Sarracenia were given to two thousand people in Wavre, (Belgium) during a small pox epidemic, with the result that all who had taken the prophylactic escaped disease. Sarracenia remedy was thus provided to people infected by small pox with the result that all those who were treated survived.”

Dr Samuel Hahnemann, detailed actions of medicinal substances on healthy people. Over the course of fifteen years he outlined principles for safe applications of medicinal substances. Hahnemann prescribed infinitely minute medicinal dilutions.

He established how individual medicines acted, in large doses, on healthy humans. Hahnemann’s personal discovery revealed that awareness of symptoms provides the physician the basis by which to select a single remedy that corresponds with conditions expressed by diseased states of health.
Dr Hahnemann was a physician, proficient in many languages; he was a science writer, a professor, a chemist/pharmacist. He followed precise, systematic observation in his experiments with minute, serially diluted, triturated medicines.

When he presented fifteen years of impeccable research, to his peers, he was met with narrow-minded disinterest.
During the February 2016 Conference, at Toronto, an optimistic public health researcher predicted that up-and-coming- medical students were a new breed. “Milleniums are different, they want to know, and they share.”

Fortunately, some nineteenth century healers rose above the mainstream to investigate, preserve and advance Dr Hahnemann’s remarkable work.
In Britain, during the Second World War, Dr Dorothy Shepherd recorded that when she was able to persuade hospital nurses to prepared and apply water solutions with drops of hypericum and calendula tincture, soldier’s wounds, resisted gangrene infections.

In the 1960’s, when Dr. Margery Blackie was in her seventieth year, HRH Queen Elizabeth ll invited Dr. Blackie to become her personal physician
Dr Blackie was known to give free consultation to people who approached for advice during her routine walks.

Blackie joked that homeopathy was a “thankless job.”

A gentle natural healing process led people to conclude, “Oh I just got better,” without any credit to that tiny dose of medicine they’d taken once.
On the other hand Dr Blackie, who studied with the most illustrious practitioners, enjoyed reports of delight such as one mentioned in her essay on Acute Prescribing published in Classical Homeopathy,

“Not long ago a man whose ‘gammy’ knee was causing him trouble was quite sensibly given Ruta 6C. Sometime later he came in for more medicine to complete the cure and asked off-handedly, “By the way these pills couldn’t have helped my piles could they? When I first came to see you they were giving me a great deal of trouble now they are so much better. Ruta is one of the best pile remedies and it is just the remedy for his painful knee.”

Students of Homeopathy practice methods of case taking that lead to prescriptions of far reaching medicine.

Teachers in our schools punctuate their lectures with assurances that, as worthy homeopaths, we would compile our own stories of remarkable cases. Positive results rest on thorough case taking.

What a thrill it is when a single drop of Carbo Vegetabilis brings a beloved friend, worn out with pneumonia, back from the brink.

What a privilege to know that a few doses of Pyrogenium can vanquish sepsis symptoms.

Dr. Shepherd encouraged Homeopaths to be brave and publicize our success. The world will benefit.

The public becomes increasingly aware to the benefits of Arnica in traumatic injuries, or the benefits of Calendula for abrasions, and dilute Chamomile for relief to cranky teethers.

Growing public awareness anticipates unprejudiced, reliable access to integrated choices in personal health care.
