I am a homeopath living on Prince Edward Island.

I began this work twenty eight years ago, as a young mother raising my seven children with homeopathy as our first medicine. What started at my kitchen table has grown into a practice that now supports clients across the Maritimes and around the world.

I am classically trained, yet my work is shaped just as much by the land, the seasons, and the quiet wildness that has always lived in me. I draw from practical integrative approaches, and I have a particular love for trituration and the making of remedies, where the deeper voice of a substance comes forward.
Horses and animals are woven into everything I do. I continue to treat them alongside my human clients. Their instinct and presence shape the way I understand health, embodiment, and the deeper stories that move through a person.

I work with individuals and families through chronic illness, women’s health, hormonal transitions, trauma, and the ancestral patterns that echo through the body. My approach is steady and attentive. To meet each person where they are. To honour their story. And to support the natural movement toward balance, vitality, and wholeness.
